SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and an addition 2-3 days
for shipping. Unfortunately, at this time we do NOT ship internationally.
RETURNS
WE do not accept returns on products unless there is a defect or an integrity
issue with the item. We try to inspect every item before it is shipped to
ensure you receive a quality product. However, if there is a quality issue with
an item, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! Please see our “CARE” section for tips on how
to care for your accessories.
During the initial discussion of a return, we will determine who is responsible for shipping costs of returning your item. If it us we will refund the shipping amount to your card or method of payment.
REFUNDS
We normally will not issue a refund for item unless it is determined there was
a defect. In that case, once the item is returned we inspect it and notify you
that we have received your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a refund within 7 days, or more depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do offer store credit if that is your preferred method
